"I don't see a badge for an achievement I just earned. When are the listings updated?" Listings on the Achievement Board are updated usually every weekend. That means it may take a few days to have your new achievement badge and ranking show up on the board.

"There is an error with my listing. How do I fix it?" We try to keep the listings correct, but sometimes we will make unintentional mistakes. Please do not be angry if there is an error, as it was an accident. If something is wrong with your listing, IM the avatar ROMA Messenger. Explain what is wrong and what should be corrected. He will contact any group officers or estate records to verify and post a correction by the next listing update.

"Can I get a retroactive badge for something I did before the ROMA Achievement system went live?" We have decided to give retroactive rewards for all achievements we have clear memory or evidence of. This does not include Attraction Badges- see the next question below.

"I played one of the games or visited one of the attractions listed under "ROMA Attraction Achievements" a while ago. Can I get credit for it now?" We have only started to keep track of who visits certain attractions or plays certain games with the start of the ROMA Achievements System. To get the current badge and reward, you will need to play the game again or visit the attraction again. In all cases, this will be a very simple matter. More attractions and games will be added in the future, and each time one is added to the Achievements System, citizens will need to renew their experience with them to get a badge.

"Where do the pictures come from on the Achievement Board?" They are pulled from your SL profile if your profile is able to be seen publicly. This means it should be updated when you change your in-game profile pic.

"My profile picture is not on the Board. Why is that?" We are unable to automatically display profile pictures that are not public or not in the LL database. If you do not see your profile picture, this probably means you have marked your profile as 'private' in the preferences window of your SL browser.

"Can I change my picture on the Achievement Board?" Yes. Just drop a full permission picture or texture on the avatar ROMA Messenger and he will change your picture at the next update. Please note that if you change the picture from that used by your profile, it will not update automatically if you change your in-game profile pic.
